This New Year’s Eve, G-A-Y have managed to book Courtney, Willam and Alaska at Heaven, with support from Louise. Entry is FREE but make sure to get there early to avoid disappointment – it’s going to be busy.
WUT?CLUB NYE: Icons @ Dalston Superstore
Legendary East London night WUT?CLUB return to their home of Dalston Superstore for their first ever New Year’s Eve celebration. “Category is: ICONS – Divine, Karl Lagerfeld, RuPaul, Grace Jones, who (or WUT) is your icon?” Expect international DJs in the basement and London’s most fabulous looks at the bar. £11 second release tickets on sale now.
Pink Lemonade, The NYE Mega Party @ East Bloc
Pink Lemonade are hosting a MEGA party for New Year, headlined by the one and only Ana Matronic. Head down to East Bloc to party all night – open until 8 am. Tickets are on sale for £10.
Sink The Pink say goodbye to 2017 with another outing at Troxy – this time, bringing along some of their favourite things. Expect drag performances, including favourites from throughout the year, and confetti aplenty. Tickets are available via Dice.fm.
Savage: NYE @ Metropolis
Sink The Pink’s little sister takes over Metropolis with a killer line-up, featuring “progressive-house pioneer” Joshua James and “future disco master” Rory Phillips, with Nimmo in the basement and resident dancers Lucy Fizz and Finn Love on the poles. All this for only £10 – available on Dice.fm (with a limited number on the door on the night).
BEEFMINCE NYE – The Big Dong! @ The RVT
The Royal Vauxhall Tavern have London’s Next Top Queen Virgin Xtravaganzah hosting their New Year extravaganza, with special guest Tracy Barlow. From 10 pm until midnight, they’ll be performing a fun and celebratory show – with BEEFMINCE DJs taking over the party until 5 am. Tickets are sold out but some will be available on the door – see Facebook for details.
A FRUITÉ New Year @ Voodoo Ray’s, Peckham
Fruité are transforming Peckham’s latest pizzeria – Voodoo Ray’s – into a fruity, queer paradise this New Year: think house party vibes and the usual juicy crowd. PEGGY & BOB and TheMenWhoFell2Earth will be playing, as well as the resident DJs. Tickets are £7.50 in advance or £10 on the door.
The Big Gay New Year’s Eve Songbook @ The Glory
Start your evening off right with Jonny Woo, Rudi Douglas and “the most joyful gay pub sing-a-long on the planet.” Expect Whitney, Cher, Madonna and Kylie, with some Prince and Fleetwood Mac thrown in too. The show starts at 8 pm – with tickets for £10 – followed by The Glory’s riotous New Year’s Eve party from 10.30 pm until 2 am.
The Gale Nye House Party! @ Nightingale Club (Birmingham)
The Nightingale Club is throwing a HUGE house party this New Year – with four rooms across three floors and the usual Saturday night drinks promotions. Starts at 10 pm and will be going until late… Tickets are available in advance for £10.
NYE 2017 @ VIA (Manchester)
Drag Race alum Charlie Hides will be at Via this New Year’s Eve after her most successful year yet. Dylan Richardson will be in the DJ booth and the bar will be open until 8 am.
Noughty New Year’s Eve @ CC Blooms (Edinburgh)
Bring in 2018 like it’s 2008 at CC Blooms! Resident Jordy Deelight will be spinning classic pop and dance music from the noughties from 11, with DJ Blondie complementing with massive club anthems in Lab. FREE entry – but arrive well before midnight to avoid disappointment.
