Things to Do This Bank Holiday Weekend

We’re calling it, bank holiday starts now. Kicking off quite literally the best time of the year, with long weekends sneaking in our calendar for the next two months. To kick it off, we’ve complied a short list of things to make the Easter extended weekend as memorable as you want it to be. Boozy brunches, art and film once again grace our top picks.

Wes Anderson’s Isle of Dogs’ Exhibition and Ramen Bar

The Store at 180 the Strand has slowly cemented its way as the enabler of some of the coolest events in the capital. From a Louis Vuitton exhibition two years ago, to the more recent Everything at Once, the galleries have fostered that’s secured us those Instagram likes. Their latest venture is an ode to Wes Anderson’s latest passion project, the much-anticipated Isle of Dogs, which also happens to hit theatres this weekend. 17 of the carefully engineered sets are on display in an effort to make you appreciate the film even more than you normally would. And, to complete the experience, there’s a ramen bar curated to fit the Japan Anderson envisioned. A special edition of the soundtrack vinyl will also be exclusively available at The Store.

A marathon four hour set and a glass of Moët Rose will take you into the weekend, a symphony of soulful sounds soundtracking your Friday away.
