Ladies and gentlemen, mark 10-11th June in your diaries for the return of the highly anticipated Parklife Music Festival. With the 1975 and Frank Ocean announced as the two headliners this year, the Manchester based festival is set to see its hottest year yet.
The festival announced the lineup in a funky and fast paced Facebook Live video, upping the ante and creating a buzz for the weekend. Names joining the lineup include London Grammar, George Ezra, Mura Masa, NAO, Loyle Carter, Two Door Cinema Club, Fatboy Slim, Jon Hopkins, Jagwa Ma, Cabbage, Jess Glynnem Little Dragon, Rag ‘n’ Bone Man, Carl Cox and Zara Larsson. Previous years has seen headliners such as Disclosure, Rudimental and Foals take to the Manchester based festival and winning crowds over.
With 10,000 early bird tickets already snapped up and the festival selling out in advance every year, over 75,000 people per day will descend on Heaton Parkfrom across the UK for this huge celebration. Marking the official start to the summer, general admission will go on sale at 9am on Thursday 2nd Februarywith weekend tickets starting at the affordable price of £96.50 and day tickets at£59.50.
