Endless winter-themed events take over Last Days of Shoreditch in their utopian Winter La La Land, kicking off this Thursday the 23rd. Roaring fire pits, Hemingway-inspired cocktails and your favourite food traders unite on the East London roof to turn around those cold, cold nights in a karaoke-fuelled extravaganza. Winter hedonism, here we come!
From the star-studded DJ line-up to some specially curated private rooms donning the colours of Prince and David Bowie, Last Days of Shoreditch’s Winter La La Land promises to be the hotspot of the winter. Everyone from house veteran Alex Arnout to techno pioneer Geddes will be on the decks, with the programme allowing for some family friendly Sundays engineered by FUN DMC’s block party. Those looking for a more old fashioned night out are also catered for, with Lucky Voice’s karaoke experience shuffling between 10 thousand songs, so pretty much everything from power ballads to the latest hits. Full event listings can be found here.
The food & beverage side of things is also committed to marrying the much-needed winter comfort with the eccentric and innovative tastes Last Days of Shoreditch constantly delivers. We’re talking Stirred Not Shaken’s bar filtering their menu to fit a Hemingway lover’s preferences – from Negroni to Hemingway’s Bellini, timeless drinks will warm you up before you hit the dancefloor and, of course, classics like mulled wine and baileys hot choc will not be missing. To top it off, the already very promising food menu’s been revamped to include DJ Seth Troxler and Wilderness festival co-founder Jo Vidler’s new creation, Smokey Tails and their creative takes on classic American breakfast staples. And who can say no to bottomless brunch?
